The deadline for posting the product is 2 business days after payment approval. 

This deadline is due to the time needed to print and assemble the part, as we work with a small stock with an "on-demand" business model. 


KUBOLAB uses the Best Shipping partner for its shipments in its virtual store. The choice of shipping method is the responsibility of the customer, who will make the choice at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays due to operational problems from our partner.


KUBOLAB is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of orders when the communication:

(i) is made after the deadline,

(ii) with missing items/accessories and

(iii) is not carried out through official service channels.

Do not receive the product if you are in any of the following conditions:

  • Opened or damaged packaging;

  • Damaged product;

  • Incorrect product;

  • Incomplete order.

If you still receive the product under these conditions, please contact us by within 7 (seven) calendar days to request the exchange or refund.


The refund will only be made if the merchandise is canceled or returned within the conditions mentioned in the topics “Cancellation” and “Return”, according to each case.

The refund period is up to 30 consecutive days and will be made using the same means of payment used to make the purchase.

The amount of the refund will refer to the returned product, plus the cost of shipping. If it is in the interest of the customer, the value of the returned product can be reversed in a shopping voucher valid for 180 calendar days.



According to the norms of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores has up to 07 (seven) consecutive days after receiving the product to register the cancellation or withdrawal of the purchase, according to article 49. The merchandise must be returned via the Post Office or carrier, with freight paid by the customer, to the following address: Alameda Franca 35 - 5º andar | Jardim Paulista | São Paulo | SP | CEP: 01422-001.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, and in perfect condition.  The product cannot show any evidence of use, otherwise it will not be accepted.

The refund of amounts paid will only be carried out after receipt and analysis of the product conditions by our quality control team.



Products can be exchanged up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt. The intention to exchange must be expressed by, stating the reason for the request and sending a copy of the invoice.

The exchange will only be carried out if the product is in perfect condition, without violations and in its original packaging. The product sent for exchange will be analyzed by the KUBOLAB team based on the complaint presented by the customer.

We have a maximum period of 30 days (thirty days) from the receipt of the product to make the exchange.



Products can be returned up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt. The reason for the return must be stated by email, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. 

KUBOLAB has a period of up to 30 (thirty) consecutive days, from the receipt of the product returned by the customer, to return the value or express a negative response to the exchange, justifying the reasons.

Return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Absence of defect (no finding of damage pointed out by the customer);

  • Finding or evidence of improper use of the product;

  • Finding or indication of accidental damage caused by the customer.
